We offer a 30-Day Smile Guarantee on all unused items. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Important:

• Used toothbrushes cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Items must be in original, unopened packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

To start a return, please contact us at support@squeakysmiles.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
